Ils se composent de chambres doubles, d'une cuisine, d'une pièce à vivre, d'une salle de bain avec douche, avec accès à une buanderie commune. Ils donnent soit sur un jardin soit sur rue.
Une caution de 100€ par personne est demandée et restituée une fois l'état des lieux "propreté" effectué.
La restauration est à la charge de la compagnie.
Residence accommodation is paid for by La Manufacture under the following conditions and according to the terms of the residence agreement.
Studios
The times of use of the studios are agreed in the agreement insofar as they are also used by other companies and artists in training.
Decorations, materials and accessories likely to damage the parquet floor of the studios are not authorized.

Light
Since the space is not a black box, light work only takes place during winter time.
Accommodation
Accommodation takes place in apartments adjoining the studios, self-managed.
They consist of double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, with access to a common laundry room. They overlook either a garden or the street.
A deposit of 100€ per person is requested and returned once the "cleanliness" inventory has been carried out.
Catering is the responsibility of the company.
